The fix: A spark switch behind one knob had shorted after a spill. We replaced the switch, dried the area and tested each burner.
The problem: One front burner clicked but wouldn't catch a flame.
The fix: The igniter was cracked and the burner ports were clogged. We replaced the igniter, cleaned the burner and checked the flame.
The problem: Two cooking zones flashed and wouldn't heat, even with induction-ready pans.
The fix: A failed power board was cutting power to those zones. We replaced the board and tested every zone at full power.
