Every repair we complete is covered for 90 days on parts and labor. Here's what that means and how to use it.

For 90 days from the date of the repair, we cover:
The warranty applies to the specific repair we performed. It doesn't cover:
Coverage starts on the date the repair is completed and lasts 90 days. The date is shown on your invoice, so please keep it.
A warranty repair doesn't restart the 90-day period for the original repair. [Confirm, or change if a warranty repair gets its own 90 days.]
If our technician finds that the issue isn't covered, we'll explain why and give you a price before any new work starts.
We don't sell parts separately. All parts are supplied and installed by our technicians as part of a repair, which is what allows us to warranty them.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under New York law and any manufacturer's warranty on your appliance. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, check with the manufacturer first, as an outside repair may affect that coverage.
Call us any day, 7am–11pm.
